A strong, dynamic manager is required to manage this busy health club in West London. With strong operational experience, you will be highly customer service focused, and have a proven track record in successfully managing a private/public leisure facility.

Maximising Membership retention and personal training are key elements to this role. You will also use your experience to increase membership sales.

Strong business acumen and financial management experience is essential as you will closely monitor the profitability of this Club, effectively implementing change where required.
Outstanding man-management skills are essential, and you will excel in confidently leading your team to run a highly productive and profitable club.
