Responsible for upholding the highest levels of service, operation, and profitability, previous Beauty/Spa management experience is essential, preferably in a 5 star environment. Spa and financial acumen are important and a strong Beauty/Spa background is paramount.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training and monitoring your team, so will have effective performance management skills, as well as the ability to successfully lead, motivate, and inspire.

This is a highly Customer Service driven environment, so your presentation, communication and organisational skills are key. You will have an industrious nature, with the motivation and determination to succeed within a busy and pressurised environment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on therapy background and have the drive, flexibility and determination to maximise the service standards, productivity and profitability of this beautiful property.
