opportunity has arisen for a strong Sous Chef to join this busy
kitchen at a highly reputable branded Hotel in Birmingham.
Working
under the Head Chef, you will push to exceed the expectations
of your diners, whilst assisting in training and developing the
team to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
You
will also focus on the food cost working with the Head Chef to
monitor purchasing and keep wastage to a minimum.
You
will have extremely high Health and Safety standards, and excellent
communication skills.
The
ideal Sous Chef for this role will be working within a luxury
hotel in a similar role and will have a true passion for there
food, coupled with good financial understanding and the ability
to balance the two.
