An outgoing and passionate Senior Sous Chef is required to join this large team, catering for several esteemed, high-volume restaurants within this highly reputable luxury Hotel.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of food, and ensuring that hygience and health & safety regulations are adhered to, monitored and upheld at all times.

The Senior Sous Chef will also be responsible for mentoring the junior chefs and will therefore, be an effective, motivational leader. Experience of finance, training and menu planning with integrity is needed. All employees are client facing so a professional and pro-active approach to the role is vital, as is the need for excellent communication skills.

This is a highly responsible role within a busy, pressurised environment, so it is essential that you can work effectively and calmly under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience at a similar level within a multi-faceted operation.

Salary for Senior Sous Chef - up to £24k + benefits + excellent opportunities to progress.
