An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong, focused individual to supervise a team of Sales Consultants at this premium Health Club.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in membership sales or similar, and have outstanding presentation, communication, and organisational skills. Working closely alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager and supervising a team of Sales Consultants, you must have strong man-management skills, with the ability to monitor the individual performance of your team, as well maintain high motivation and productivity levels.

You will have a track record of exceeding targets (both individual and group), and have the motivation and ambition to lead your team into hitting new membership targets. The ability to generate new leads and organise outreach and promotional activities are also imperative.Superb progression opportunities within this leading operator.

Basic Salary + Excellent commission earning potential.
