This is a superb opportunity for an incredibly strong Sales & Membership Manager to work for a hugely successful Leisure Company with over 100+ sites. Your track record of achievement will include managing a successful sales team, business development and experience of implementing a stategic marketing plan. You will be an exceptional man-manager, who is sales driven and also understands the importance of member retention.

Analytical and focused, you will have the ability to carefully monitor your team's performance, as well as the success of marketing and promotional activities, implementing any remedial action as required.Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years direct sales management experience, ideally but not exclusively in leisure or hospitality. There is a lot of scope for career progression within this market leader, and highly competitive basic salary and bonus structure.
