We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor to join this friendly Reception team within this stunning 4 star boutique Hotel in Hertfordshire.

We are looking for an extremely customer service focused individual who has gained similar experience in a 3 or 4 star enviroment

You will have excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. You will be a confident supervisor, having the ability to effectively oversee a team of 5 receptionists, ensuring that the highest standard of customer care is provided at all times, and that the Front of House software is utilised effectively and accurately. You will have a keen eye for detail, have strong IT literacy, and excellent communication skills.
