A Nursery Room Leader is required to ensure the safety and well being of all children in your care, caring for the all round daily needs of the children to enhance their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.

We require a passionate and meticulous individual, who will ensure the avoidance of preventable accidents and promote a feeling of security and satisfaction amongst all parents.

As Nursery Room Leader, you will supervise all staff within your room to ensure high standards are constantly adhered to and that all staff are fully referenced, trained and motivated and that their communication with the children, and colleagues is efficient, accurate and consistent.

NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or other appropriate qualification is essential, and previous supervisory experience is desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and the Children Act.
