A strong
Customer Service focused individual is required to manage the
member relations at this premium Health and Fitness Club. Managing
a team of receptionists, you will have strong supervisory skills,
with the confidence to recruit, train and monitor a team, ensuring
the highest standard of service is upheld and work to set kpi's.
Retention of Membership is your key
responsibility. You will be a strong relationship builder, and be
happy to spend time with members, co-ordinating events and social
activities, encouraging feedback, and addressing any problems, queries
and complaints.
