This leading operator is currently looking for a strong Health Club Manager. Responsible for managing the Operations and Membership Sales, you will ideally currently be in a similar leisure management role. Profitability of this Club will be yo ur responsibility, so a good understanding of the financial aspects is essential. This will include Profit and Loss, Budgeting and Cost Control.
Membership retention is also a key area of responsibility, so you will be responsible for implementing both sales and retention promotions throughout the Club.
Yo ur man-management skills will be outstanding, able to confidently recruit, manage, develop and discipline staff.
