Seeking a very hands-on, operations orientated Hotel Manager, to run this high quality Hotel in West Africa . The successful incumbent will be committed to the development and training of local staff, as well as the total delivery of international 5* service standards and will previously have worked as a Hotel Manager in a remote location, preferably in an African location. In addition, you will need all round knowledge and skills in financial control, maintenance and front office, as well as food and beverage management. Charisma, as well as excellent organisational and co-coordinating skills are also a prerequisite. An excellent package with single accommodation on site, transport and medical care will form part of the package.
