An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially aware General Manager for this highly reputable Hotel set in beautiful south west countryside.

Responsible for the smooth running, and profitable achievement of this stunning property, you will have excellent financial and operational acumen, outstanding man-management skills and a meticulous approach to ensuring your guests receive the highest level of service throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have General Manager experience within 3* /4* Hotel with 80-100 bedrooms. You will strong operational knowledge of front and back of house practises and have the commercial impact to deliver the planned revenue margins and profit targets and exploit opportunities in order to optimise results.

You will be hands-on and industrious, a forward thinker and motivational manager.

Starting Salary £50k-£55k+ excellent bonus.
