We are currently looking for a strong Head of Fitness to manage the fitness department including a 70+ station Gym, within this exclusive health club in Surrey.

You will have gained fitness management experience within a large gym, be an effective man-manager and have excellent business and financial acumen. You will have strong leadership and motivational skills, and able to build and maintain a pro-active Fitness team and profitable department.

As Fitness Manager, you will introduce innovative ideas to attract new and existing members into the Gym and Studios and swimming programmes. You will have a proven ability to instil effective retention results into the daily operation of your team and have the ability to drive Personal Training and all other departmental revenue streams.

Responsible for the P&L of your department, you will be analytical, and have the ability and foresight to maximise profitability as well as service, identifying and acting upon, any areas that require remedial action. You will be able to confidently demonstrate examples of previous successes within a similar role.

Good knowledge of Technogym would be an advantage.
