Food & Beverage Manager - 5 star health Club

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong manager at this stunning premium Health Club-based restaurant and bar.

Supervising a large team of front and back of house staff, you will have strong man-management and leadership skills, obtained within a Food and Beverage outlet in either Hotels / Leisure.

Responsible for the department service levels and profitability, this is an excellent opportunity to really drive forward F&B income, so you will be a self-motivated individual with strong service ethics and brimming with ideas to maximise sales.

Your ability to kick start F&B covers and GP is paramount, possessing the energy and determination to implement improved practices and procedures, and a proactive approach to strengthening your department. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.

One Duty Manager shift per week is required, so flexibility and adaptability and resilience are key.
