Fitness Manager

We are looking for a strong and dynamic fitness manager for this excellent leis ur e club based in Berkshire . Ideally, the fitness manager will have at least 2 years management/supervisory experience in a premium health club environment. You will ensure the smooth running of gym booking systems, club usage reports and appointment reporting systems, as well as overseeing the general smooth running of the Gym & Studio areas.

Ensuring the high standard and delivery of service from the fitness team, you will be responsible for monthly rotas, recruitment of fitness staff,promoting personal training, monitoring of programming and assessments and providing subsequent training of staff if required. You will be extremely customer service focused and have excellent communication and management skills.
