We are currently looking for a strong Fitness Manager to join this highly successful, leading Health and Fitness operator.

You will have gained supervisory/management experience within a large gym, and be an effective man-manager. You will have strong leadership skills and motivational qualities to build and maintain a pro-active Fitness team.

You will introduce innovative ideas to attract new and existing members into the Gym/Studios, and ensure that you encourage effective communication with both members and colleagues. You will have a proven ability to instil effective retention results into the daily operation of your team.

Responsible for the P&L of your department, you will have the ability to maximise profitability as well as service.

Duty Manager shifts will be required, so flexibility and adaptability are important requirements.
