A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and business minded Executive Chef this stunning, highly reputable Hotel.

Responsible for managing the Kitchen Department efficiently, you will maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality of Cuisine possible within the gross profit targets,implement and monitor the Health, Safety and Hygiene in all Kitchen areas.

The ideal candidate should have a proven, stable background, gained within a busy 4/5 star Hotel & fine dining, and will have experience of working with within a busy C&B enviroment.Please note all applicants must speak fluent French & English and have a valid UK work visa.

Salary up to £35k + benefits.
