Estate Manager - Expanding Property Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant property-related Account Manager level role, to join this growing Estates team.

As Estate Manager, you will be responsible for delivering creative solutions to Clients, have good technical knowledge of buildings and a thorough understanding of how to reduce reactive maintenance costs.

A strong understanding of the UK legal system of property ownership is essential, including property, tenancies, leases and the contract between landlord and tenant.

The ideal Estate Manager will have strong financial and planning acumen. Exceptional communication skills are essential. You will have a confident, attentive relationship-building ability and a no-nonsense attitude with contractors. A cool head and good sense of humour are a must!

Estate Manager package – salary £29k - £35,750 (depending on experience) + PRP (10%) + use of pool care + share options after qualifying period.
