Two experienced Demi Chef de Partie's are required for this stunning award winning restaurant based within a highly reputable Hotel, to prepare food to the highest standard, to exceed the expectation of your diners.

You will have a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and be HACCPS aware.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is yo ur ability to organise yo ur self and others within a pressurised environment, ensuring all a timely and high standard of service at all times.

You will have a flexible and adaptable approach, and an industrious and ambitious nature.

Previous Hotel experience is preferred. Excellent progression opportunities within this highly reputable Company.
