A meticulous, highly organised,
financially literate individual is required for this Customer
Service Manager / Property Administration role within a hugely
successful Chartered Surveyors. Exceptional command of written
and spoken English is paramount.
As Customer Service Manager,
you will deal with a variety of Clients, building relationships,
providing creative solutions, strategically drawing upon in-house
legal, financial and surveying services.
An “outcome orientated”
individual who is confident in making decisions is required for
this role, in order to manage tasks effectively, and get things
done!
The Service Manager role
is a varied one which, to be successful, requires the intellect
to grasp the legal framework of a lease, and practical common
sense to understand buildings, together with the ability to manage
tasks, events and people.
There is no specific training
that would make you right for this role, but if some of the above
describes you, the employer will provide a full corporate training
and support for professional qualifications for the right person.
You will shadow a Team Leader until you are confident to meet
your own Clients and will be taught how to budget, control expenditure,
and find the right bit of legal know how for each situation.
However, experience gained
within one or more of these sectors, will be highly advantageous:
insurance industry, property industry, banking sector,
law

– salary £19.5 - £25k depending on experience + PRP.
