An experienced Chef de Partie is required for this stunning 4* Hotel to prepare food to the highest standard, to exceed the expectation of your diners.

You will be have a C&G level 1+2 or NVQ equivalent qualification, have intermediate Food Hygiene certificate, and be HACCPS aware.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is your ability to organise yourself and others within a pressurised environment, ensuring all a timely and high standard of service at all times.

You will have a flexible and adaptable approach, and an industrious and ambitious nature.

Due to the location of this Hotel, a driver is preferred
