An experienced Chef de Partie is required for this stunning luxurious Hotel, to prepare healthy food to the highest standard, to exceed the expectation of your diners.

You will have a minimum of Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and be HACCPS aware.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is your ability to organise yourself and others within a pressurised environment, ensuring all a timely and high standard of service at all times.

The Dining facilities are for guests only, and the Hotel does not cater for conference / events, so you'll have nice early finishes!

Joining a team of 9, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach, and an industrious and ambitious nature. Previous Hotel experience is preferred. Excellent progression opportunities within this highly reputable Company. £15.5k + service (live out) OR £13.5k + service (live-in)
