An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Bar Manager, to manage the Hotel Bar and Function Bars within this beautiful Hotel.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator, effective up-seller, and strong man-manager, to increase service, profitability and productivity within this department.

In addition to experience of Hotel Bar Management, you also will have strong financial acumen.

Man-management skills are key, constantly monitoring the service delivery of your team, identifying training/coaching requirements and KPI management.

Duty Management shifts may be required so flexibility and adaptability are paramount qualities. Excellent opportunity within this reputable Hotel group.
